📄 Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the image- and text-based AI 3D conversion service (the “Service”) operated by Planpos Inc. (the “Company”), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 3 (Definitions)

• “Service” means the Company's online services, including web and app services, that use AI to generate or convert 3D models from uploaded images or text prompts.
• “User” means members and non-members who agree to these terms and use the Service under the Company's procedures.
• “Subscription product” means a monthly AI 3D conversion pass with a defined number of monthly conversions for each plan, including Free, Plus, Pro and Studio.
• “Monthly allowance” means the maximum number of 3D generations or conversions permitted for the subscription month. It cannot be refunded in cash, carried over or transferred.
• “HighPack” means separately paid add-ons, such as 4K textures, not included in the base subscription.
• “External AI provider” means a third-party AI technology provider integrated by the Company to deliver the Service.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

1. The Company provides the following services.
• AI 3D conversion from uploaded images or text input
• Monthly conversion allowances according to subscription plans
• Add-ons including HighPack
2. The Company does not run its own AI models directly; it integrates external AI providers' technologies to deliver results.
3. Result quality may vary with input image quality, external AI characteristics and processing conditions.

Article 5 (Subscription and Payment)

1. The Service is offered as a monthly subscription access product.
2. Users may choose a plan, including Free, Plus, Pro or Studio, and use the Service within that plan's scope after payment.
3. Payment is made using methods designated by the Company, including KakaoPay.
4. After subscription payment, the plan's monthly allowance is granted and usage is deducted according to the Company's rules.
5. The Service is not a prepaid electronic payment instrument or prepaid credit top-up product; it is provided only as a monthly AI 3D conversion pass.

Article 6 (Protection of Minors)

Users under 14 may not register or use paid services. The Company may restrict accounts confirmed to belong to users under 14.

Article 7 (Usage Limits and Policy)

1. Monthly allowances are valid only during the subscription month. Unused conversions do not carry over.
2. Use above the plan's monthly allowance is restricted. Extra use may be available through paid options such as HighPack or an upgrade.
3. The Company may restrict or suspend service use or membership without prior notice in the following cases.
• Abnormal repeated requests using automation tools or bots
• Use inconsistent with the Service's purpose
• Attempts to compromise the system, including reverse engineering or crawling
• Misappropriation or misuse of another person's account or personal data

Article 8 (Refund Policy)

1. Due to the nature of digital content and monthly access passes, payments are generally non-refundable after service use begins.
2. Refunds may be available for payment errors, duplicate charges or clearly attributable Company fault, under applicable law and Company procedures.
3. Add-ons such as HighPack are non-refundable after payment, whether used or not.

Article 9 (Service Changes and Suspension)

1. The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with advance notice of material changes or suspension through the Service, email or similar means.
2. Notice may be given after temporary outages caused by unavoidable events such as natural disasters, system failures or external API failures.

Article 10 (Copyright and Rights in Outputs)

1. Copyright and other rights in original images or text prompts submitted by users belong to those users.
2. Rights in AI-generated outputs are governed by applicable law and the external AI provider's terms and policies.
3. The Company may use outputs only in de-identified form for operations, quality improvement and statistics, and will not disclose them to third parties in personally identifiable form without consent.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

1. Absent intent or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for errors or reduced output quality resulting from limitations of external AI technology.
2. The Service is an AI-assisted reference tool. Users are responsible for the final commercial or legal use of its outputs.
3. For interruptions beyond its control, including natural disasters, system failures or external API failures, the Company is liable only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 12 (Changes to Terms)

1. The Company may amend these terms without violating applicable law. The effective date and changes will be announced at least seven days in advance through the Service, email or similar means.
2. Users who disagree may terminate their contract. Continued use after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

South Korean law governs these terms and disputes concerning the Service. The court with jurisdiction over the Company's principal office in Sangnok-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do has jurisdiction.
