Privacy Policy
Planpos Inc. (the “Company”) values your privacy and complies with South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. The following explains how personal data is collected, used and disclosed when using the Service.
1. Purposes and Categories of Personal Data
① Registration and account management
Purpose: user identification, service delivery, identity and age verification, and prevention of misuse
- Required: email address, password and name or nickname
- Social login: Kakao/Google account identifiers and profile data (such as name, email and profile photo), within the platform's available scope
② Subscription payments
Purpose: subscriptions and payments, usage and receipt management, and tax or contractual legal obligations
- User identifiers and payment information from payment methods such as KakaoPay (order number, amount, transaction date and time)
- Data collected and processed by payment processors such as KakaoPay is governed by their privacy policies.
③ Service use, including 3D conversion
Purpose: image/text-based 3D processing, saving and downloading results, and managing usage history and quotas
- Uploaded image files, text prompts and conversion settings
- Generated model metadata and download records
- IP address, country code estimated from the registration IP (for country-level usage analytics), device information, and access and usage logs (for improvement and security)
④ Inquiries and notices
Purpose: responding to inquiries, resolving disputes and providing service notices
- Name, email, contact details and message entered in an inquiry
※ Refusing required data collection may restrict registration or service use.
2. Retention and Use Periods
- Account data: until account deletion. Transaction and billing records may remain after deletion for periods required by laws such as South Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- Payment and billing data: retained for legally required periods, such as five years under e-commerce laws, then destroyed.
- Usage logs: retained for service delivery, security and statistics until the Company's specified deadline, generally account deletion or withdrawal of consent, then destroyed.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose personal data without consent. Data may be shared as described below to provide the Service, with the recipient, purpose, data and retention period specified.

Optional consent for advertising and conversion measurement tools
The Company may use advertising and conversion measurement tools, such as Meta tools, to measure advertising performance and service conversions. Depending on your choice, these tools may process the following information.
- Conversion events, including page visits, clicks, registration and payment
- Advertising click identifiers and browser/device identifiers
- Minimum technical information for advertising analysis and campaign improvement
Advertising measurement tools initialize only with consent. They are not initialized or requested after refusal or withdrawal. Essential service features and first-party analytics continue regardless of consent.
You can withdraw consent at any time under Profile · Settings. Withdrawal immediately clears your advertising measurement consent. Consult the tool provider's policy for detailed retention and third-party processing information.
4. Deletion of Personal Data
- Data is deleted without delay when its retention period ends or its purpose has been fulfilled.
- Electronic files: permanently deleted using irrecoverable methods.
- Printed material: destroyed by shredding, incineration or similar means.
5. Your Rights
As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights.
- Request access to personal data
- Request correction or deletion of erroneous data
- Request suspension of processing
- Withdraw consent, including by terminating registration or deleting your account

6. Personal Data Security
Under the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company takes these measures against loss, theft, disclosure, alteration or damage to personal data.

8. Notice of Changes
This policy is announced through the Service, website or email. Legal or policy changes will state their details and effective date at least seven days in advance, or 30 days for material changes to members' rights. Continued use after the effective date is deemed acceptance.
